How do I add contents on my page?

Sorry about name thing,

I mean, on everyone's page, there is a bar on the side that says contents, and next to that is says hide. I would like to know how do I make that appear on my page, like sections, so pretty much paragraphs

Posted a question on your talk page on Religionwiki, but I figured I'd re-instate it here. Sorry if I'm bothering you, but I'm just a little bit shell-shocked now.

JulieismEdit

I have a little(Okay, big, to me anyway) problem with the constructed religions being moved. I haven't checked religion wiki for a long time. Then, I come back, and find out that the article I created, Julieism, has been moved, no trace of it. I check the new wikia created for it- and the article is utterly and totally empty. I had no indication that this would happen, so I did not save it. Now the page that I(and many others) have spent many hours creating has totally disappeared. Obviously, I was disappointed, shocked, and upset.

Is there any backup file or something I can access to at least get back the entirety what I typed into that article? I certainly know not to put it up here again, but I feel heartbroken when I see my long page of work gone, just like that.

Hello.

I am having trouble finding the constructed religion thing, which shows that it is a constructed religion. Could you please help by adding it to my page please?

Also, can you add contents to the page as well.
